The structure was developed in accordance with the design brief ​established with the client to accommodate the company's ​specific workflow requirements. The project employs a ​combination of concrete and steel frameworks to create sloped ​surfaces. The facade integrates rendered surfaces with curtain ​walls and metal cladding.

The volumetric composition and the use of contemporary ​materials have resulted in a modern building characterized by an ​elegant and bold appearance, ensuring enduring relevance and ​aesthetic appeal.
