INTERIOR DESIGN

Interior design is a practice that combines ​knowledge of style and the client's personal ​preferences, establishing a solution in accordance ​with both, and meticulously overseeing the ​execution to ensure the final result exceeds initial ​expectations.

Services offered in the design and execution of ​interior arrangements include:

• Existing situation survey;
• Establishing the design brief - discussions and ​proposals that reflect the client's personality and ​desires;
• Drafting and, if necessary, authorizing the ​required projects for the proposed modifications;
• Selecting materials, furniture, lighting fixtures, ​fabrics, etc., in constant consultation with the ​client;
• Drafting projects for fixed furniture and selecting ​colors and materials for it;
• Establishing a client-approved investment budget ​based on the selections, as well as setting an ​execution schedule;
• Carrying out the necessary works for all involved ​specialties - finishers, plumbers, carpenters, etc.;
• Closely monitoring the quality of the executed ​works;

ARCHITECTURE

Our main goal is to find the best architectural ​solution that meets the client's requirements and ​tastes while staying within their proposed budget. ​This requires a team effort that involves close ​collaboration between designers and clients from ​the very beginning.

• Complete projects - architecture, structure, and ​installations - in all necessary phases (PUD/PUZ, SF, ​DTAC, Pth+DDE). The work begins with ​establishing the architectural brief together with ​the client and includes projects executed in full, ​with quantity lists and execution details for both ​interior and exterior;
• Preparing files and obtaining the necessary ​permits and approvals according to the Urban ​Planning Certificate;
• Sun studies / Geo studies / Topographic surveys;
• Coordination with other involved specialties: ​structural engineering, installations, fire safety ​(ISU), etc.;
• Technical assistance according to the schedule ​of critical phases prepared by the designer;
• Consultancy throughout the design process to ​find the best quality/price solutions;
• Specialized verification for all involved specialties;
• Exterior design projects: landscaping, annexes, ​pools, gazebos, and pergolas, etc.;
• Confidential cost estimates based on preliminary ​measurements;
