The residential complex comprises two buildings with five and ten stories, ​respectively. Situated on a narrow, deep plot with limited street frontage, the ​project presented numerous design challenges. The primary challenge was to find ​an elegant solution for addressing the aesthetic concerns of a tall yet narrow ​volume on the main facade.

The final design solution involves the intersection of two prisms: one solid and one ​voided, distinguished by contrasting hues. The main facade, featuring a massive ​reinforced concrete diaphragm that restricts large openings, is articulated with ​fine horizontal lines that culminate in a strong framing element. This volumetric ​solution, combined with carefully chosen facade details and colors, imparts a ​refined elegance characteristic of a central urban setting.

Envisioned as a statement piece for the residents, the entrance lobby aims to ​convey the same refined and exclusive atmosphere. The narrative of nature is ​authentically represented through a mural painting that runs along the entrance, ​further enhanced by the shadows of plants placed behind a frosted glass panel. ​The mural, executed with great sensitivity and skill by artist Daniela Nemțanu, ​employs warm, earthy tones. The result is a unique creation that fosters a ​sophisticated and welcoming ambiance, representing the gateway to an ​exclusive community in the heart of Bucharest.
