The guesthouse features 46 double rooms, a restaurant with a terrace, a conference room, ​and additional facilities.

Situated in a picturesque landscape at Padina, amidst nature, the building incorporates ​traditional mountain architecture with gabled roofs and dormer rooms starting from the ​second level. This design approach mitigates the sense of bulkiness in the structure.

The main entrance door, along with whimsical fairies "dancing" out of the walls and various ​other interior details, draw inspiration from the traditional folklore of the Sânziene. The statues, ​created by sculptor Mihail Botnari, complement the design with both interior and exterior ​artistic elements.

The final result is a storybook-like space that is both mysterious and inviting, blending warmth ​and charm. The presence of benevolent and cheerful fairies adds a magical touch, offering ​guests an escape from the everyday world into a unique and enchanting environment.
