The project involves the complete renovation of an existing single-family ​residence. Originally built in the 1960s, the property is situated adjacent to a ​smaller building with four apartments and serves as the primary residence for ​the owner of the entire estate.

The objective was to enhance the property’s value by modernizing its ​appearance while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that aligns with ​current architectural trends. Additionally, the client sought to reconfigure the ​interior layout to better meet personal needs and preferences, incorporating ​thoughtful modifications to adapt to contemporary living requirements. The ​renovation aims to seamlessly blend modern design elements with the home's ​original character, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
