The client purchased a three-room apartment with standard finishes in a new ​building and wanted to furnish it for long-term rental, with the intention of ​using it for himself after a period of time.

The client desired a refined and high-quality design using natural colors and ​materials as much as possible. The open kitchen was designed to integrate ​perfectly into the living room atmosphere. In the end, the resulting atmosphere ​is intimate, exuding calm, refinement, and warmth.
